<div itemprop="description">We are deeply saddened to announce that Allen Ross Neil passed away peacefully at St. Vincent Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario on August 26th, 2024 at the age of 88 with his family members by his side. <br> <br>He was predeceased by his beloved spouse, Theresa (Hussey), and his son-in-law, David McDonald. He is survived by his daughter, Darlene, and son, Allen (Kelly Norman). He will be missed by his four grandchildren, Kaitlin and Scott McDonald, Jaeden and Hailey Neil, and other family members and friends. <br> <br>Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service to honour Allen Ross Neil which will be held on Friday, September 20th, 2024 at 12:00 pm at the Rideau Funeral Home & Cemetary. <br> <br>In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.</div>
