<div itemprop="description">Barbara Elaine Cousins Brady born February 15th, 1937 to Egbert and Beatrice Cousins in Kingston Jamaica passed away peacefully, at the age of 84 years old June 10th, 2021 in Montreal. She is survived by her loving husband, Noel Patric Brady (former Jamaica Honorary Consul to Montreal), son Shane P. Brady, grandchildren Emily and Matthew Brady, her nieces Marie and Celia Wallace. <br> <br>Barbara studied nursing in Scotland and she then worked as a nurse in Montreal at the Royal Victoria Hospital. She was a proud member of the “Tulips”, where she enjoyed the company of her many beloved friends who provided enormous love, support and joy. Barbara’s passion for music made her the ultimate Jazz aficionado but her most cherished role was that of being a wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her infectious personality and positivity made all those who met her, love her. <br> <br>The Brady family would like to acknowledge and express enormous gratitude for the care and support provided by the Royal Victoria Hospital (Dr. Thurwell), Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Kim & Dr. Kudo), CLSC (Jennifer Frei), Nova West Island (Louise Godbout), Customized Homecare (Andrew DeFour), and her private caregivers Hilda, Chita, Hilda K, Noreen, Debbie and Char and to her angel on earth, Rose Sealy. <br> <br>In Lieu of Flowers, Family asks you to donate to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation and or Nova West Island. <br> <br></div>
