<div itemprop="description"><br>It is with heavy hearts that we announce Leo's passing on July 24th in the city of Waterloo, Québec. He was surrounded by his loving family. Born on June 13, 1928, he was a beloved spouse, father, grandfather, even great-grandfather, sibling, and friend. <br><br>Leo will be dearly missed by his two sons, David (Meg) and Mark (Martine); his cherished grandchildren Jami Hayden (Sean), Shannen Styrczula, Sophie Gagnon-Styrczula, and Philippe Gagnon-Styrczula; and his great-grandson, James Cory. He is also survived by his sisters Diane Salmon and Lillian Norcott; his sister-in-law Maria Styrczula; and many relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Huguette. <br><br>Leo touched the lives of all who knew him. His 55-year marriage to Huguette was highlighted by many special occasions with friends and family. Among Leo's many interests in life were sailing, flying, woodworking and travelling. Also, he never met a meal without a pepper shaker to satisfy his palate. Leo will forever be remembered for his curiosity, wit, humour and being adventurous. <br><br>Refer to the Arbor Memorial website (www.arbormemorial.ca) for interment details. <br><br><br><br><br>Nous regrettons d’annoncer le décès de Leo, qui nous a quittés le 24 juillet à Waterloo, Québec. Il était entouré de sa famille. Né le 13 juin 1928, il était un époux, un père, un grand-père, même un arrière-grand-père, un frère et un ami.<br><br>Leo laisse dans le deuil ses fils aimants David (Meg) et Mark (Martine); ainsi que ses petits-enfants Jami Hayden (Sean), Shannen Styrczula, Sophie Gagnon-Styrczula et Philippe Gagnon-Styrczula; et son arrière-petit-fils James Cory. Il laisse également ses soeurs Diane Salmon et Lillian Norcott, ainsi que sa belle-soeur Maria Styrczula, ainsi que par de nombreux parents et amis. Il fut précédé dans la mort par son épouse Huguette.<br><br>Leo a touché la vie de tous ceux qui l'ont connu. Son mariage de 55 ans avec Huguette a été marqué par de nombreuses occasions spéciales avec les amis et la famille. Leo s'intéressait à la voile, à l'aviation, à l'ébénisterie et aux voyages. Aussi, à tous les repas, Leo était équipé de son poivrier afin de satisfaire son palet.
