In Loving Memory of Michael Labbee, who left us on February 4, 2025 at the age of 69. Born to the late Roseanne [née Burke] and the late Robert Labbee, sibling to the late Carol Pilon, beloved mother of Daniel Pilon, and survived by sisters Kathleen, Diane, Suzanne, Gisele and nephew Daniel. A beloved brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, Michael was known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication to helping others. A devoted car enthusiast, he ensured his vehicles were always in pristine condition. Whether admiring classic Ford models, or fine-tuning an engine, he found joy in the world of automobiles.

Michael had a profound love for music. His vast LP collection and custom-made CD mixes reflected his appreciation for classic artists and live performances.

Michael also found joy and camaraderie at his local gym, where he spent time regularly with friends who shared his interests. These connections brought him great fulfillment, and his presence will be deeply missed in that community.

After retirement from Paprican, and 35 years as a dedicated Lab Technician, he gave back to his community through 14 years of volunteer driving with NOVA West Island, offering transportation and companionship to cancer patients in need. With a warm smile, steady hands, and a heart full of compassion, he made each ride more than just a trip—it was a moment of comfort, support, and understanding.

A celebration of life will be held on June 8, 2025 commencing at 1:00 pm at Golf Dorval, 2000 Av. Reverchon, Dorval, QC H9P 2S7. In honor of Michael's commitment to helping others the family would be grateful for your participation at this celebration and drive to support the NOVA West Island, not-for-profit, charitable health care organization. In lieu of attendance a charitable donation to NOVA would be greatly appreciated.
