It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Mike Gagnon, a devoted and beloved spouse, parent, grandparent, sibling, and friend.
Mike will be dearly missed by his wife, Melodie, and his loving children, Justin (Heather) and Matthew (Christina). He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Emma and Charlie; his siblings, Danielle (Gilles) and Robert (Linda); his sisters-in-law, Lorraine (John) and Cindy (Don); as well as a large extended family and many friends. Mike is predeceased by his parents, Rita Lalonde and Bertrand Gagnon.
Mike was an avid traveler, known for his charm and wit, and his signature Gibson baseball cap. He had a passion for cooking gourmet meals, creating music, nurturing bonsais, and tackling complex computer problems. He will leave a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
A celebration of Mike’s life will take place at Rideau Funeral Home, located at 4275 Sources Boulevard, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec H9B 2A6, on Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
