It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Nina Kajaks. Born in Valka, Latvia. She leaves to mourn her daughter, Anda (Ken), cherished grandchildren Erin (Steve), David (Catherine), Tara, Christopher, Peter, adored great-grandchildren Romin, Nathan, Mackenzie, Marc and extended family and friends.
She had a long career at the Post office at Macdonald College (McGill University) and her home in Baie d’Urfe was her castle.
To family and friends, Higgins Beach, Maine became a magical place. Friendships made throughout her life were always important to her. The family would like to thank the staff of 4th floor (N) at the Lakeshore General Hospital and CHSLD Bussey for their compassionate care.
Visitation will take place at 11:00 am, followed by a service at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Boul. Des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, on June 15, 2024.
