It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Yeoman on December 31, 2021, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of 62 years to Joyce (Watts), loving father of Darrell, Dale (Greg) and Cheryl (Dave), and cherished grandfather of Jonathan and Matthew. Ron leaves behind his sisters Anne (William) and Mary (Robert), nieces and nephews.

Ron was a man of service, having worked many years as a volunteer firefighter and paramedic, and as a deacon in the Anglican Church. He emigrated from England to Montreal with his family at age 11 and always kept a stiff upper lip. He was a voracious reader and an avid sports fan; he particularly loved watching hockey and soccer games with his grandsons (Go Manchester United!)

A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and support staff at Catherine Booth Hospital for their compassion and care that made such a difference in Ron's quality of life in his final weeks. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ron's memory can be made here:

The Julius Richardson Foundation
418, rue Sherbrooke est, bur. 200
Montréal QC H2L 1J6
(www.catherinebooth.ca/en), or

The Liam Foundation
225, rue de la Lande
Rosemère QC J7A 4J1
(www.fondationduchildren.com/en/
fundraising/liam-foundation).

Dad, may you finally find the rest you so deserve. We love you, always.
